Pass Your Driving Test 1st Attempt

Pass Your Driving Test 1st Attempt

If you are facing the challenge of a driving test soon, you're no doubt nervous about passing the test on your 1st attempt. There is something to be said about the driver whose confidence and skill allows them to pass the test first time out. Fortunately, this is not a matter of luck! Passing the driving test on the first try, like anything else, just requires dedication, practise, and some practical advice. That is where Ipswich Pro Drive can assist.

The 100 hours is proving to be difficult to complete with most local trips being around 15 minutes. The 10 hours with Pro Drive equals 30 hours in your log book but this is still a long way from 100 hours. Unfortunately the experienced driver taking you out for the other 70 hours does not always have the necessary skills to train you to get through the test. I am not saying they are not good drivers but Queensland Transport have a criteria that they do their assessments to and they must follow Queensland Transport Procedures and this is where Ipswich Pro Drive can help you pass your test on the 1st attempt. We are active in updating our instructors training and keeping informed on what changes are happening within the industry, including road rules updates, and this includes local council road speed changes and new stop signs, etc in our area, and Queensland Transport policies changes.

Road Safety Starts Here

Road Safety Starts Here

Ipswich Pro Drive's philosophy has always been to train the best drivers the best way possible. Your future safety on the roads is subject to the level of skill you take with you after passing your test. For this reason, we focus on making you the best driver possible, and in so doing, ensure you pass your test and get your licence.

Ipswich Pro Drive was formed in 2003 with the idea that we are a transport company teaching people to drive. We are a small company keeping with the focus of training students in the way to drive with the realities of real life experience. We found that driving schools across the board are just that a driving school. My question is simple "How can you teach someone to drive in an industry that you are not directly involved in?" We all know the laws change and so does the way we do our everyday work. It is not written in a book what happens in everyday life so how can other schools teach the realities of daily driving. We believe we can do that. We still run a number of trucks within the industry doing Car Carrying throughout Queensland and locally doing grocery deliveries. This is what stands us apart from every other school.

Top Reasons For Crashes

Top Reasons For Crashes

1. Driver distraction:

The biggest driver distraction, believe it or not is drivers onlooking at a collision site!

When I was training to be a driving instructor, my fellow trainee and I were driving on the highway when we saw ambulances on both sides of the freeway at the same spot, in opposite directions!

It was clear someone had looked too long at the first crash site and caused another!

2. Driver fatigue:

Be well rested when driving, especially starting a long drive.
